When can I expect to see results?

I have sensitive skin. Can I use Natural Advantage®?

Yes! But as you know, having sensitive skin is a challenge when it comes to skin care. We suggest you use the entire system every other day for the first few weeks and gradually increase to daily use. This will allow your skin time to get used to the system. However, if irritation continues, stop using and consult your health care practitioner.

I feel a tingling, burning sensation sometimes when I apply the products.
Is that normal?

Yes. This tingling feeling comes from the active ingredients in Natural Advantage®, and usually disappears with continued use. If discomfort or a rash develops and continues, discontinue use and consult your health
care practitioner.

I just started using Natural Advantage®, and my skin is red and flaky.
Is that normal?

Mild redness and flaking is normal as your skin's own natural renewal process accelerates. Redness should diminish with continued use. However, if discomfort or a rash develops and continues, discontinue use and consult your health care practitioner. As with any health product, you may want to talk to your health care practitioner.

How does Natural Advantage® work?

Daily Cleansing Gel cleanses, while All Day Moisture with an SPF of 15 can help protect the skin from UVA & UVB rays. At night, the Retinol in Nighttime Renewal Complex is designed to penetrate deeply to help
accelerate your skin's natural renewal process. It helps your skin to renew itself faster. Skin begins to behave more like it did when it was younger.

Why is Natural Advantage® special?

Natural Advantage® has the patented MICROSPONGE® technology. This is designed to enable Natural Advantage® to deliver Retinol to the skin very slowly and gradually, over a number of hours.

Will I get faster results if I use more Nighttime Renewal Complex, or use it more often?

NO! Too much Retinol can dry and irritate the skin. Apply only a pea-sized amount to the entire face.
Use Nighttime Renewal Complex only at night, and only as directed.

I experience tingling sensations when applying Natural Advantage® All Day Moisture. Is this normal?

Yes, you may feel a slight tingling or burning sensation; this is caused by the natural fruit acids in the product. This is a normal reaction and should disappear with continued use, usually within 2-4 weeks. However, if irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner.

Will the products work as well if I use them individually rather than as a system? Can I use other skin care products while I use Natural Advantage®?

Natural Advantage® is a complete system. The products have been specially formulated to work together safely and effectively. We recommend you discontinue use of all other skin care products while using the Natural Advantage® system unless advised by your doctor to do otherwise.

Can I use Natural Advantage® while taking medications?

If you have any questions or concerns, we recommend you speak with your health care practitioner before beginning to use Natural Advantage®.

I'm pregnant. Can I use Natural Advantage®?

As with any health product, you may want to talk to your health care practitioner if you are pregnant
or nursing.

Can I use Natural Advantage® under eyes?

Do not use Natural Advantage® on the delicate skin directly under eyes or on the eyelid area. Use carefully around the crow's feet area.

Can I use Natural Advantage® after shaving?

Men may experience irritation when using Natural Advantage® on freshly shaved areas of the face. Please wait at least one half hour before using your system.

I use wax on my skin for hair removal, can I use Natural Advantage®?

We recommend you discontinue use of the Natural Advantage® system a week before waxing. Wait 2-3 days after waxing before beginning your Natural Advantage® regimen again.

Can I return my Natural Advantage® products if I am not satisfied?

Natural Advantage® features a 60-day risk-free guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not absolutely delighted with Natural Advantage®, simply follow the return instructions below and return your products within 60 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H) even if the containers are empty!

To return your product, simply contact our Customer Service Representative at 1-877-435-7383 to request your Return Authorization number. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of RA number issuance. Please write your RA number legibly on the outside of your shipping box. Remember that a box missing an RA number will be refused and returned to sender at sender's expense.

Complete the back portion of your invoice form and include it in the package being returned. To guarantee your refund, we suggest shipping your returns via UPS or Certified Mail with a receipt of mail. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
